Scenes near Laramie, Wyoming
These vistas can be found in the Snowy Range in the Medicine Bow National forest, about 35 miles west of Laramie. The drive takes 30 minutes, the hike a bit more.
Traveling fifteen miles to the east gets you into the Pole Mountain area, also part of the Medicine Bow National Forest. A few miles into that region gets you to Vedauwoo.
