Discussion on State Shoot: Mike Corrigan - several clubs get together and put on shoot in Casper. It was stated that Casper was a poor camping location. Bryan Wilczewski - if held at a clubs range would they still bare the brunt of the burden. Mike Cash stated that they divide up matches to each club, local coordinator for outhouse, registration etc. Mike Penz asked if they would have the whole range in Casper or only the muzzle loading portion.
Bighorn Basin Muzzle Loaders would like to host shoot, but requested volunteers to help out for the three day weekend to free up BBML members, Bryan Wilczewski stated that there was no problem in getting volunteers. John Bosch stated that they need specific requests for help, and to divide into tasks. Tony Larvie volunteered to assign duties. Bryan Wilczewski stated that we need to be aware of possibilities of a club disbanding during a year.
It was finally decided that the Bighorn Basin Muzzle Loaders will host the State shoot, especially need help on primitive range. Mike Cash stated that they did a good job last year.
